The Baby Nursery is Blooming!

My mom arrived on Sunday with a mission to paint the entire baby nursery.  We picked out all of the paint yesterday along with some chair rail.  The room is going to be shades of light greens and oranges.  We all love the paint color not only on the swatch but on the walls too....phew!  It looks so bright, cheery and fresh.  I am soooo excited to see what it will look like when it is all completed.  She has been working since the crack of dawn this a.m.  She will also be doing a beautiful painting of a koi fish that will be on three separate canvas panels.  I will be sure to keep posting photos as it blooms!  The big day (we hope) is this Wednesday.  Boy or Girl?  We shall see....

Brian is still convinced it is a girl and me a boy....so it makes it extra fun!!!
